WHAT EXACTLY IS CBD?

Cannabidiol, or CBD for short, is a non-psychoactive phytocannabinoid. Phytocannabinoids are chemical compounds found in the hemp plant. There are over 80 different phytocannabinoids; cannabidiol is one of them.

The US Department of Health & Human Services has patented (#6630507) a diverse group of plant chemicals, phytocannabinoids, as “neuroprotectants.”
